• Does not verify contractor licenses, insurance, or credentials independently.
• Does not facilitate contracts, payments, or any transactions between homeowners and contractors.

3. Ranking Methodology Disclaimer

Our Visibility Score rankings are generated algorithmically using publicly available data such as Google review ratings, review volume, website presence, local search signals, and other business signals. Rankings represent independent, opinion-based assessments and do not constitute endorsements. The scoring methodology may be updated or refined at any time without notice. Contractors cannot pay to improve their ranking position.

4. No Guarantee of Contractor Performance

A high Visibility Score does not guarantee contractor quality, reliability, workmanship, or customer satisfaction. We make no representations or warranties — express or implied — about any contractor listed on this site. Homeowners should independently verify contractor licensing and insurance, obtain multiple written quotes, and exercise their own judgment before engaging any contractor.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NoVA Contractor Hub shall not be liable for:

• Any damages arising from your use of or reliance on information on this site.
• Any work performed by, or disputes with, contractors listed on this site.
• Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in contractor data or scores.

6. Contractor Listings and Data

Contractor information is compiled from publicly available sources. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all data is current or complete. If you are a contractor and believe your listing contains inaccurate information, contact us to request a review. We will update listings where data is verifiably incorrect.

7. Featured Listings

Contractors may purchase a Featured badge for priority placement above organic ranked results. Featured placement is available only to contractors who meet our minimum Visibility Score threshold. Featured status does not alter a contractor's underlying score or ranking position within the scored list.

8. Intellectual Property

The content on this site — including text, rankings, scores, and design — is the property of NoVA Contractor Hub. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any content without prior written permission. Contractor names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
